We carefully curated a safe and welcoming space, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Within the brand-new building, we have 4 modern, natural-light filled offices that are all professionally sound proofed, air conditioned, thoughtfully furnished, well resourced, and feature abundant greenery. Additionally, one of the offices is large enough for group therapy (which we are in the process of exploring).

• Competitive Hourly Pay Rate: $50-$100/hr depending on your skills and experience. We are always happy to negotiate.
• Flexible Schedule: Start/finish early or start/finish later! Our flexible working arrangements mean you don’t burn out and can work around your schedule.
• Relocating for the Job: We'll cover up to $2,000 of your relocation costs!
• External Supervision Fee Covered By Us: ALL our psychologists have the flexibility of choosing your external professional supervisor and we'll even pay the fee (in addition to your wage)! PLUS internal support from peers and Senior Psychologists.
• Professional Development Fees Covered By Us: Attend any relevant additional training to up skill and we'll pay the fee! This role meets all APHRA requirements for all psychologists on their 4+2 or 5+1 pathway journey. You will be supported to meet all competencies.
• Extensive Psychometric Assessment Library: We've got you covered with our assessment library and established processes to help minimise time spent writing letters and reports.
• Extensive library of therapeutic resources for clients across their lifespan: There's no need to bring your own!
• Neuro-Affirming Workspace: We’ve created a serene, purpose-built space where you can be your authentic self. Many of our staff are neuro-divergent themselves.
• Workplace Accommodations: Cater to your own needs in your office! Do you only want fairy lights and salt lamps instead of bright lighting? More plants etc? Go for it!
• Sustainable Caseloads: Impact lives without overwhelming yourself. We believe a balanced work-life equilibrium enhances not only job satisfaction but also paves the way for exceptional client care. With a 1-5 day working week with up to 5 clients per day, embrace the joy of a sustainable caseload flexibly tailored to you. Our doors are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Mon-Thurs, a testament to our commitment to a healthy work /life balance. However, you are welcome to work Fridays if that's best for you!
• Extra Hours of Work: We'll pay you for your time supporting clients with external communication and NDIS review reports. We take advantage of no clients in the clinic on Fridays to complete reports/letters.
