Short Notice Cancellation Policy

Short Notice Cancellation Policy

A short notice cancellation (or no-show) is if the client:

  • Does not show up for a scheduled appointment
  • Has given less than two (2) business days' (48hrs) notice.
  • Cancellation fee applies
  • Must be paid prior to next appointment

If you experience any extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending you scheduled appointment, you will need to reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss.

Telehealth appointments are an alternative session option if you are unwell or unable to attend your appointment in-person.

A late cancelled appointment is a loss to THREE people!

  1. The client who is delaying their therapy progress
  2. Another client who is on the waiting list to see the psychologist urgently
  3. The psychologist who spent time preparing the session
