Sharmayne is a strong advocate for people being true to themselves in whatever wonderful way they want to. She enjoys exploring peoples individual differences with them and working with them to strive towards their values and what’s important to them in life. She’s not afraid to question why we have certain beliefs and rules and whether these are working for us.

While Sharmayne is a fantastic psychologist, she also has:

  • Travelled to 32 countries across 5 continents (how cool is that!)
  • A Bachelor degree in criminology and criminal justice!

  • Neurodivergence – including experience working with Autistic, ADHDer, and Bipolar individuals
  • Use of, and further development in neuro-affirming language
  • Working with clients to navigate Autistic Burnout
  • Working with clients to better understand PDA (Pervasive Drive for Autonomy/"Pathological Demand Avoidance")
